Over the years we have created designs for houses large and small, offices, restaurants, and entire estates incorporating a number of restored buildings. We have prepared plans for new timber frames, existing historic houses, barns, and other structures.

Many clients approach the firm assuming that every feature of a prospective barn house must be carved out of a single substantial frame. Not so. Conventionally framed additions can be custom designed to blend seamlessly with an old frame.

Every design process begins with thorough discussion of the client’s specific desires and requirements, and accommodations can be made for a structure's new function or environment while remaining true to its original form.
